Donnybrook Juniors at the Malahide Junior Open

A big well done to all Donnybrook Juniors who took part in the Java Republic Malahide Junior Open last weekend 29th April - 2nd May 2016. In spite of the challenging weather with all seasons in a weekend - rain, wind, hail, sunshine - our juniors did the club proud taking home a number of trophies on finals day. 

A huge well done to U14 Girls Winner Juiliana Carton, U14 Boys Winner Sahir Mangat, U18 Boys Winner Cian Maguire and U16 Girls Runner-up Maria Blake. Well done also to Frank Fagan (Boys U12) and Shauna Casey (Girls U18) who reached the quarter finals in a very competitive field. Well done also to the many other Donnybrook Juniors who participated over both Qualifying and Main Draw weekends.

Also a big thank you and well done to Owen Casey for all the coaching and early morning warm-ups over the weekend getting our players ready for their matches. No Bank Holiday weekend lie-in's for Owen last weekend!
